It was nothing short of a pleasure to work with you, Dave and the rest of the Theisen Brothers crew on the completion of our resort pool and spas at Trilogy Orlando, in Groveland, FL. The 7,000 sf surface area indoor/outdoor resort pool and three spas you completed for us was quite a unique undertaking because they were partially completed by another builder before we showed up. And, as you are well aware, adopting partially completed projects poses several interesting challenges. However, you, Dave and Theisen Brothers addressed each of them with urgency and creativity From the onset of the bidding process, through permitting, construction, inspections and acceptance, Theisen Brothers managed the entire project with the utmost of integrity and professionalism. Your longstanding reputation for performing quality work in and around the Lake County area preceded you and was evidenced by your strong working relationships with the County Health Department and other governing authorities. Frankly, if it hadn't been for you and your team, we may not have opened the pool in time to meet our schedule. Of course not everything went perfectly, but when things did get off track, you were quick to respond and remedy the situation. More importantly, you didn't nickel and dime us for any unforeseen circumstances you came across in the field .....you simply got the job done. As an Owner, that was greatly appreciated. As we look toward expanding our footprint in the South/Central Florida active adult market, we'll be sure to keep you, Dave and the rest of the Theisen Brothers team at the top of our list for any future pool/spa construction needs we may have.
